Here's what you need to know.

  • Watch your mail this February for your new debit card and be sure to follow the instructions for activating it and selecting a pin by March 1, 2023.
  • For security purposes, your card will be mailed in a plain envelope, not an Abington Bank envelope.
  •  Since your card will have a new number, you’ll need to provide the new card information to merchants that process your recurring payments when you activate your new card.
  • If you do not receive your card, please call Customer Care at 877.380.BANK (2265).

Be sure to activate and begin using your new Abington Bank Debit Visa® Card by March 1, 2023.

Your new Abington Bank Debit Visa® Card puts the power to purchase in new ways—right in your hand.

Contactless payments. Just hold your new card near the reader to pay without inserting or swiping.

Mobile payments. Pay with a single touch! Add your new card to Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ or Samsung Pay™ to make purchases in-store, in-app, or online. Your card number won’t be stored on your device. A virtual token used to transmit payments ensures your card number and identity remain private during every transaction.

Secure, convenient design. With card information on the back, your name and card number are out of plain sight.

Verified by Visa. Get an additional layer of protection against unauthorized use of your card when shopping online. At participating merchant sites with the Visa Secure badge, you may be guided through an extra check to verify your identity.

SUM and Allpoint. Your new card will still have access to 55,000+ SUM and Allpoint Network ATMs throughout the country.

Fraud watch. Your card is protected 24/7 with free fraud watch services that look for any suspicious card activity and contact you immediately if they detect potential fraud on your card. Be sure to keep your contact information up-to-date, especially your mobile number, so that we can contact you if we suspect fraud.

Turn your debit card on/off. If your card is ever lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraud, you can easily turn it on or off. Just visit the Service Center in Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app to get started.
